Chicago Parks Could Get 4 New BoatHouses

  RAHM EMANUEL said Chicago Parks will get 4 new boathouses!  Complete with rentals like kayak, canoe and bikes.

The new boat house locations are expected to be at River Park, Clark Park, Ping Tom Park and Eleanor between Loomis and Fuller.

The cost of each boathouse is pegged at $4 million. Half of the money will come from the Chicago Park District capital budget. The other half will come from private sector donations.
