VIRGIN’s Richard Branson said, “I Enjoyed a visit to what will soon be our first Virgin Hotel in the US. It is an historic Chicago building filled with character – you can see the view from the roof above.
Walking around it on a crisp, blustery Windy City day left us with tremendous inspiration to see it transformed into a beautiful new hotel.

While in Chicago we also raised more than $800,000 for good causes with Virgin Unite, and took part in some interesting Q&A discussions that really involved the audience. Loved hearing answers from others, they often answer far more eloquently than I could ever do.
In a stroke of genius, Virgin started crazy rumors about themselves. Like, “I heard the shampoo smells like Beyonce’s hair.”
Virgin Hotels are now printing those rumors–on doormats–and dropping them off at other competing hotels in Chicago!
