of the upscale Chicago private gourmet dining service,

My Private Chef, has been demonstrating
to Gilda’s Club members and friends how healthy meals can offer gourmet quality
and excitement. The idea is that people living with cancer can enjoy every bite
knowing they are supporting their healthy lifestyle. The meals in this cooking
series are designed to inspire people living with cancer to eat well, serve
beautiful food and stay healthy.

Chef Chris has developed a devoted
following for his efforts.

His next cooking demonstration is on
Tuesday, February 11, 2014

at 6pm at Gilda’s Club Chicago.

The club is located at 537 North Wells
Street, Chicago.

 

Chef’s Mediterranean menu includes:

Marinated Leg of Lamb Medallions

Mediterranean Tomato Salad, Risi Bisi

Mint Yogurt Dressing

Gilda’s Club is named in honor of the late comedian Gilda Radner.
